| Playa Encantada is a privately owned, 37 unit condominium complex built in 1980, located in the central town of Anna Maria Island, Homes Beach. All but two of the units, we represent, overlook the pool/courtyard area. 210 is a direct gulf front and 216 is across the street overlooking the tennis courts. 210 is a 3BR/2BA, all the others are 2BR/2BA with a 6 person limit, except 210 which can have 8 people. All the units are completely equipped and have washer dryers in the units. Playa is a very discerning complex, with its owners not wanting a lot of transient turnovers, therefore there is a 2 week minimum stay required.
