Superior Island Services, LLC offers property management, vacation rentals, and real estate sales. The company is owned and operated by Lyn and Clark Poole, who have been in business for over 10 years. Lyn holds 3 Florida Licenses. A Community Association license, which allows her to manage condominiums. A CAM Firm licence, which allows her to hire personal to manage properties, and a Real Estate Broker License for rentals and sales. Lyn and Clark have lived in Holmes Beach since 1997, this allows them easy and prompt access to all the properties they manage and sell on Anna Maria Island. Words from Lyn and Clark: We both are very "hands on", we pride ourselves in the attention our owners, renters, and the units themselves receive by inspecting the unit prior to arrival, filling requests - such as lighting for late arrivals, heat or a/c at proper settings, or shopping for breakfast supplies. We welcome your questions about the Island and supply maps, menus, urgent care, police/emergency numbers, all in a bound book within all units.
